You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Yost MU-360 Plastic Jaws are designed to fit most 4 Inch to 6 Inch vise jaw. These universal jaws feature three high strength magnets (unlike other jaws that only feature two). The distance from the edges of the magnets is 3-3/4 Inch allowing them to be used on a 4 Inch vise up to a 6 Inch vise. The plastic design prevents damage to your project. These jaws feature a prism (diamond) groove pattern. This design more effectively grips products than traditional horizontal grooves or standard smooth jaws.
I should really know better by now than to keep buying this Chinese junk. Right out of the sealed bag one was missing one of its three magnets completely and the other one had one of its end magnets sticking up past the surface it was supposed to be recessed into, which negated the middle magnet from getting close enough to the iron vice jaw to have any attraction to it. Then I went to file a return and found out I have to pay a 10% restocking fee.......even though they won't restock these since they're junk, and will just throw them away.....AND I have to pay return postage (which will cost more than the cost of these jaw protectors in the first place). So in the end I'll have paid more than twice what I originally paid and that assumes the second set they send are any better than what I got this first time. So as usual with this Chinese junk it's not worth my time or money to even return. Save yourself the grief and buy something similar at a place where you can inspect it in person before handing over your money or from someone that has a no haggle or cost to you return policy......like those guys named for the famous rain forest. 'Restocking fee'....to restock in the garbage can........that's hysterical!! Sorry Yost........you lost me as a customer over this junk.
